Due to high demand, please allow 1-3 days for order processing. Once processed, orders typically arrive within 5-8 business days or less.

Once items are shipped, Vi LaVie will not be responsible for lost items. This is because it is no longer in our possession. We will, however do everything possible to relocate your package.

All orders are sent directly to addresses given. Vi LaVie will not be responsible for your missing package if the wrong address was submitted. Please ensure you submit the correct address before placing your order to avoid any complications.
